His head gives a very slight tilt as he waits to hear the reason for why it is an issue. But Nanami can honestly say that he is surprised by the response given. He thought that it would be an issue of equality or not wanting to be seen as a child. [ At the resignation to that fact, it's very apparent that Itadori cheers up immediately. It isn't that he's happy he won a battle with Nanami, but that his point was taken seriously and wasn't dismissed. He meant it from his heart and he's glad that isn't being disputed.
